You appear to know what you are talking about and that made me feel confident a new home would be found. I liked the way you were always professional in attitude and in your preparedness for showings and with online communication. Speaking of Communication, you are wonderful at letting me know what is ‘going on’ (even if it is nothing). That was so important to me as it is very spooky to be trying to organize one’s life – and all that money – from a distance.
